MercatoPath ("we", "us") provides analytics and AI-assisted insights for Amazon sellers. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
Account info you provide, including name, email, and organization name; Amazon data you authorize us to access via Amazon's Selling Partner API and Advertising API, including sales, traffic, inventory, advertising, fees, returns, and financial reports for the Amazon accounts you connect; early-access requests you submit; and basic usage data needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
We use this information to provide the service, including syncing your Amazon data, generating reports and insights, and answering questions about your own data. We also use it to operate, secure, support, and improve MercatoPath.
AI processing
To answer your questions, we send relevant data from your connected accounts to our AI provider, Anthropic, maker of Claude, to generate responses. This is processed to serve your request and is not used to train third-party models.
How we share it
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run MercatoPath, including cloud hosting, database, and AI processing providers, under agreements limiting their use to providing those services, and where required by law.
Retention and security
We retain your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and take reasonable measures to protect it.
Your choices
You can request access to or deletion of your data, or disconnect an Amazon account at any time. Contact us at the email below.

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with an updated date.
